Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages:
- Order Cut-off: Orders submitted before 5:00 PM (GMT+10) are processed on the same business day. Orders placed later will be handled the following working day.
- Processing Period: 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday) are required to prepare and dispatch your order.
- Transit Duration: 6–8 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Window: Typically 7–10 business days from the time you confirm your purchase.
Would you like to return an order? Perhaps the product didn’t meet your expectations, or you have another reason. Regardless of the reason, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs from your location to our return address.
We reserve the right to approve or decline an order at our discretion, even after order confirmation or payment authorization.
Please note that orders which have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Yes. When you place an online order with a credit card, it is done on an SSL-encrypted website, and payment is securely transmitted to our payment provider for authorization. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
If you receive incorrect, missing, or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Provide your order number, photos of the items, and any relevant details. We will take care of resolving your issue promptly.
Once your package has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a tracking notification.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
It may take 1–2 business days for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
