30 Days Easy Returns

At Aboroo, we want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we make returns straightforward and customer-friendly.

Overview of Our Return Policy

  • Return Period: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition of Goods: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and paperwork included.

  • Simple Process: Our support team is here to guide you through the return procedure whenever needed.

Return Costs

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: Free return shipping – we’ll cover all costs.

  • Change of mind (wrong size, no longer wanted, ordered in error): Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

  1. Get in touch: Email us at info@aboroo.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive instructions: We’ll provide a return authorisation and detailed steps to follow.

  3. Prepare your parcel: Place the product securely in its original packaging with all labels, accessories, and documents.

  4. Shipping label: If applicable, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Print it out and attach it to your parcel.

  5. Send it back: Drop off the package at the courier mentioned in your return instructions.

  6. No restocking fee: We don’t charge any handling or restocking fees.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return reaches us, the item will be checked to ensure it meets the return criteria.

  • Processing: Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 7 business days to appear.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange a product for a different size or model? Please send us an email to info@aboroo.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the details of the product you wish to exchange.

Before an exchange can be processed, please ensure that the product is:

- Unused and unwashed
- In its original packaging,
- With all original labels attached.

Once you contact us, we will guide you through the next steps to ensure a smooth exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned. These will always be clearly marked in the product description.
